Basingstoke Stabbing: Man in His 50s Seriously Injured as Four Arrested

BASINGSTOKE, HAMPSHIRE — A man in his 50s was seriously injured in a stabbing in Basingstoke, Hampshire, after police were called to reports of an assault on Monday evening, September 7, 2026.

Hampshire Constabulary said officers were called at approximately 9:32 p.m. after the man was found with stab wounds on Normanton Road. Police said he was reportedly stabbed on a footpath near Lyford Road.
